The town of Forgotten Hollow has come to the Sims 4 community. It is inhabited with vampires and you get to experience gameplay that includes supernatural experiences and magical beings. Being a vampire is kind of great besides the whole 'not being able to go out in the sunlight' thing.
WorldsSkyrim dragonborn armor mod. is a bit of a misnomer for The Sims 4. Every game save contains multiple worlds; the “worlds” are the overview maps, similar to what had been termed “neighborhoods” in previous iterations of the franchise. However, the term “Neighborhood” still exists in The Sims 4, though now it represents a specific zone of multiple lots.

Note there is a third “world” of sorts called “Not In World,” referring to the Sims who exist but outside the confines of neighborhoods. Sims who are “Not In World” exist to give your Sims others to talk to (referred to as “Townies”). They are not allowed to be played, though through Managing Households, you can bring Sims from “Not In World” to either world. You can also send Sims out of the neighborhood into “Not In World.” The “Not In World” category is essentially infinite in size.
All save games have all worlds active at all times. Worlds are not self-contained; all Sims from Oasis Springs can interact with those in Willow Creek and vice versa at any time. Sims can travel freely between the worlds, and can move to different worlds if they wish as well. Entire save games are independent and self-contained.
A world's neighborhoods cannot be changed. However, a neighborhood's individual lots can be. In fact, even the pre-made lots (including the public lots) can be torn down and rebuilt however you wish. Lots that are unoccupied can be recategorized as specific public lots (such as a park, a lounge, etc.) or a residential lot. To do this, go into any lot's Build Mode, click the “Lot Information” button at the top (the little house icon with a lower-case i), then click the small square on the left side of the pop-up box. A lot's category affects how other Sims will act when they show up, or whether a playable Sim can live there. It's possible to tear down all your lots and leave your worlds with nothing but residential lots, though it'll make it difficult to meet new Sims in any central location.
