So I got the game on PC (rocking a 2GB GTX 770 and i5 4670k) and one issue that was clear with the graphics right away was the incredibly severe pop-in that would cause entire buildings and streets to disappear similar to a worse version of the HDD streaming issues on the last gen consoles. At first I thought it was a VRAM issue, however whether it was on min or max settings made no difference. After a day of searching and testing though I have found that setting the CPU priority of GTA V to high in task manager completely eliminates all of the extreme pop-in/streaming issues. From what I saw the issue is pretty rare but I know how much of a pain in the ass it is, so hopefully those who need it see this.
