Browsers Keep Crashing Windows 10

02.08.2019
I have a very weird problem that after searching this forums seems pretty common, and I don't know what to do anymore. I built a new PC, the parts I choose are the following:
I7 8700
Asrock Z370 Pro4
G Skill Ripjaws V series 16GB
Asus GTX 1070
Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB
Cooler Master Water Block 120mm Radiator (MLW-D12M-A20PW-R1)
I installed everything and it booted fine, everything was good, I installed Windows 10 and every driver I needed. The problem came when I started Mozilla Firefox, I open twitch.tv and in 10 seconds, Mozilla crashed. I open it again, 5 seconds later, it crashed, I started again and went to a different site and it worked for 2 min and crashed again, I've tried every site I usually go to (social media and video game related sites) everything crashes sooner or later, sometimes when loading the page or 5 minutes later, and if I try to recover the browser it crashes over and over and sometimes it works for 10 min but in the end it crashes.
I tried different browsers (Edge, Mozilla, IE, Chrome, with and without any extensions) and the same thing happens, tried searching for solutions on Google and tried everything but nothing seems to solve the problem. I reinstalled windows, formated my C: because i was using my SSD from my old PC, didn't really wanted to format but I had to at the end (that SSD on my old PC didn't have this issue). I did a registry clean, System File Checker, updated flash and drivers, tried like 4 different malware programs, started windows in safe mode (still crashed) tested the RAM with MemTest and the Windows one and the RAM seems fine. I have a program to check temps and workload and the browser crashes with like 6-7% load on both the CPU and GPU and temps of 40º on the CPU and 54º on the GPU. The only things installed in my PC right now are Battle.net, Steam, and all the drivers Nvidia/Logitech program.
The first time I formated the drive and did a clean install of windows it worked fine for like 3 months and I haven't installed any program because I was scared this would happen, and a week ago it started crashing again, some days it doesn't crash a single time, some days it crashes every 10 seconds I restart the PC and it still crashes, maybe after 3-4 hours of having the PC on it works fine again. I had the GTX 1070 on my PC prior to this one and it worked fine so I don't think the GPU is the problem, It runs games well, i play WoW and No man's Sky and the games never crash, it's just web browsers so at this time I think only the Mother Board could be the issue with some chip not working correctly, maybe it's the RAM?
I'ts like, every time there is video or maybe flash on the browser my PC can't handle it, some times I get FPS drops on video when i full screen or it crashes, the past 2 days I been using the Twitch desktop App and it doesn't crash but when i full screen most of the time, the video stutters. It has BSOD'd maybe 2 times in the last 4 months also.
Sorry for the wall of text and maybe the bad grammar but English is not my first language. I can't log-in in the site for some reason. I'm writing this in the note pad because this site also crashes .
Hope someone can help me, thank you.
